First try that, and build a community, not too niche but give value & tap into local groups and networking

ONCE I HAVE A CLUB, AND RIGHT PEOPLE, I WANT TO BRIDGE THE GAP IN THE INDUSTRY, HOW CAN THAT BOOST ME AND MY BUSINESS?

Last week I had 10 appointments on the Monday of which 8 were from from Clubhouse directly and they’re converting at a high level!

Remember to think about the journey,;
Make sure it’s something interesting in first three lines of your bio.

Keep your own traffic
Most websites can have a page of buttons – do that instead!
Create a page on your own website so when you send people there it’s your traffic not anyone else’s.

If they like what they hear you say, they will connect and see your bio, so make sure its good in the first three lines, and your consistent and smooth to move elsewhere. like an email or group.

Use Clubhouse increases Instagram followers – The fastest way in my opinion!

No mixed messages! Be super clear and concise.
Talk to one particular person, and be personal about it.

Your pic needs to be you, because people connect with you!
Your pic, your name, and appeal to people personally – not brand logo!!

Use strategic collaborations!
You have strengths that other wont, so complement each other, tap into each other for exposure and community.

Don’t just look externally for other businesses to partner with, also look at existing customers, if you can get one person to intro 3 others… look internally at who you have as customers and how they can help you grow too!

Everyone has 24 hours in a day – it’s about how effectively you use them!

  1. Indentify how much time you have
  2. Use it to answer questions, engage and outreach
  3. Get people to connect Because of you

Then they will realise what you do

I know some people will be looking at your account, so change up those hashtags! You’re signalling to Instagram that there is no creativity and they want to see dynamic posting!

Yes niche, but you’re saying the same things.
Think about the fact that if all content the sane – it would be seen as spamming so you have to have sets & make them specific to the picture,

Heard this in reels – impossible to say why — but if you cant see then it could just be one of those things?

Theres so many things we can say to check, but anyone wanting more reach I would suggest you look at what Instagram wants you to create? What content is being featured & highlight?  The create more of that and content that keeps people online!

Whats your aim with instagram?

[ Build the brand for the chain expansion and to show journey . Customers are local, but most of following are elsewhere, so the page is fo brand not customers!]   

Excellent engagement, looks like really good, but let’s get clear on why you want more?
[ I guess because of the criticism I’ve had, and not sure if I should act on that? ] 
500 likes, so keep doing what you want! It’s going well, if it was 5 likes then listen to that advice, but because it’s going well, stick to it.

Have you done professional shots, because part of the brand is the food?
[ I  tried agencies but didn’t work so well, but I spend 2-6 hrs per post – never been happy with professionals! Worried to post food as may break the aesthetic ]
It’s your brand, make it match, but trust yourself!
It would be great to see some of the food, but do it how you want and stay on brand!

Who’s criticising you?
[ Customers – ‘business is focused on selfies not food’ plus some other Clubhouse rooms saying focus on food! ] 
I have a wealth of Chef Experience so I can speak on this with authority,  People go out for experience,  not just to eat!
You can have average food but good experience & people will think the brand is amazing!

Check out The Shed they made it to the top of Trip Adviser without even being a real restaurant or making good food.
They created an experience instead!  

Think about Heston Blumenthal, people are buying the theatrical presentation of food, not just the meal!

If you do the same as everyone else you’ll get the same – so set yourself apart!

Pay attention to who you are listening to.
Always start by asking about what experience they have.

You already do what I would suggest with the way you capture your content – but one thing you could do that I didn’t see is teach your audience how to do the dishes. 

A lot of people worry this would stop them wanting to buy, but the reality is it helps build brand loyalty. I can buy Wagamamas Cookbook and cook at home – but again why people eat out or order is not just the food – it’s so much more! Not washing up, the people, the atmosphere and the expertise of the perfectly created meals without the stress.

Those who wouldn’t buy again are not your people!

Theres a lot of noise, so you need to figure out how to stand out!
I’m sure I don’t need to tell you about consistency, and having the brand zeroed in. Do you know where prospective clients are? What they’re looking for? Ask what they need help with, and provide the answers!

Lots people fall into thinking about one platform that may seem to make sense for their creation style but think where people who will pay might be? Insta may be more appealing as a creative, but Linkedin is more likely to have people ready to pay for design?

General advice – Make profile really clear about who you want to serve, and be really clear about that and who they are.

Make sure you’re clear who your target audience is and their pain points! I personally found my web designer through instagram feed, but they really honed in on their specific clients pain points & that’s why I bought.

While it’s not a design aesthetic place – the people that will pay for your services are on Linkedin. Also when you’re scrolling and it’s all the same, so your design work pops and stands out!!

Social Media is rich & fertile land but also borrowed not owned!
You have no control of the customer experience. 

Be sure to back the relationships up to somewhere thats yours!

How consistent are you showing up?

Not just posting but in replying!

Lots of people on stage today, and I’ve looked at the fact that people are posting and not replying to the comments.

So allocate time to do connection part! 

Everyone wants a magic solution but thats not real!

It doesn’t have to be on Clubhouse!
Go connect on another platform.
But also sit in rooms you normally wouldn’t, and grow yourself, your knowledge and build relationships on other platforms at the same time as in rooms so you take the relationship to a deeper level.
