Good morning, good afternoon, good evening and welcome back to what’s going to be the #ImTristanG content series.

You’re going to see videos, you’re going to see blogs, you’re going to see social media updates, but most importantly I want to share with you some of the productivity tips that I use in my daily life.

Some of the tools, some of the systems and processes, and how I get so much more done than I would otherwise.

Now, I want to invite you along on the journey, because, as I go through the month of February, four weeks of intensive content creation, and I want you to come along for the journey.

Throughout the month I’m going to show you why it’s so important to have certain things set up, and I’m going to break it down for you every single day.

I’m going to deep dive into some of the tools that I use, and some of the processes, systems and all the functionality that we use to make sure that we’re really delivering every single day, both myself, and as an agency at ItsNomad9.

Throughout the next four weeks I’m going to break down every single day into a tool, a process, or a system that we use within our agency. Both for ourselves, my personal brand, and also for our clients, that’s going to help you to raise your productivity level.

It might be a marginal gain, or it might be something quite substantial, depending where you are in your journey right now.

So as you move forward throughout this month;
It’s not just about listening;
It’s not just about learning;
It’s actually about putting it into practice, and implementing the tips, techniques, tools and strategies that I’m going to share with you.

SET CLEAR GOALS

Throughout this month, I’m going to talk to you about why it’s so important to set really clear distinct goals.

If you don’t have the goals in place, it’s going to be really hard to get there, and also to know when you have got there! So we’re going to start out by helping you to set some really clear goals for the month ahead, and to stay accountable to achieving them.

PLANNING 

Then we’re going to talk to you a little bit about planning, and some of the tools, techniques and strategies that we use for ourselves, and with our clients, to help make sure that we’ve got that plan in place, to make sure that we show up consistently, that we get things done, and that we get the results that ultimately drive us towards that big goal that we set at the beginning.

SYSTEMS & PROCESSES

We’re then also going to talk to you about how to set up some great systems and processes, and like I said, as we do that we’ll talk you through the systems and processes that we use, and the tools associated to those.

INVESTING IN TOOLS 

Investing into the tools. Now when people hear ‘invest into‘ and they think money straight away. It’s not always the case.

Some of the tools that we’ll be introducing you to will be absolutely FREE to use!

They’re readily available to you, and if you’re in a capacity where you’re watching this content, you’ve probably already got a lot of what you need. You just need to start piecing the bits together, and what we’re going to do is help you to do that.

We’re going to help you to invest into those systems, processes and tools, and move in the right direction for the whole of February.

SHOW UP LIKE @GARYVEE

Lots of people look to people like Gary Vaynerchuk AKA #GaryVee for the amount of content, the continuity and consistency he has to put content out. Well trust me, if you follow what I’m going to share with you throughout February, every day, then you are going to get very similar results!

You’re going to show up in more places, you’re going to create more content. But here’s the magic, it’s not going to take you as much time as you might think it does.

We’re going to be showing you about repurposing, and making your content with the end in mind, of getting the most out of it.

It’s not just about creating content for content’s sake, it’s about creating impactful content, that really speaks to your audience, and you allows you to show up in more places, but in less time.

We’re going to go through those goals, that planning, the systems and processes it requires, investing into the tools, but here’s a magic one;

We always hear from people
‘I don’t have enough time!’

Well, we’re going to break that down – it’s an absolute myth!
It’s about managing your time better.

We’re going to show you some tools that we use to help us utilise our time more effectively and efficiently than you would be otherwise. Again there’ll be some paid things there, there’ll be some free things there, it’s down to you which ones work, because everybody’s different.

We’re gonna show you a variety of things that we know are proven to work, to increase your productivity when it comes to time management.

I touched on this already, but if you’re doing something once, and you’re only utilising it once, then you’re not really leveraging, and sweating those assets.

If you create a video, if you write a blog, if you record a podcast, it shouldn’t be a one-time thing!

You should be looking at how you can repurpose that, and move that across different mediums, connect with different audiences, and attract attention, by utilising the asset that you’ve already created.

So throughout February I’m going to be also focusing in on how you can repurpose at a really high level. We’re not talking just about re-sharing it or reposting it, we’re talking about leveraging that content, and really taking it up a level, so that you get maximum impact, from the time effort and energy you put in.
